I have black hair and light blue eyes.. how should I do my make-up?

Right now I only use eyeliner.. but I want my eyes to stick out. Which colors are best? and how should I do it. Thanks.

My favorites are the clear greens and aquas....if you are looking for stand-out! Have always found that clear mascara on brows and lashes adds an extra dimension. Have a wonderful time!

USE BLACK EYE LINER ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM , MEDIUM BLUE EYE SHADOW THAT GOES UP ON UR EYE , AND BLACK MASCARA

wear brown mascara and try light blues and light greens for your eye shadow.

You can use baby blues and emerald greens to make your hair and eyes stand out. Light pink blush and Light pink lip gloss will make a perfect you. OH and black mascara with black eye liner.
