If you want them to stand out, just use contrasting colours.

Bright blue, orange ( but i wouldn't recommend that one =/ ), brown, blacks.

Just experiment and decide what kind of style you'd like best.

Oh and remember the black mascara (:

It will make your eyes stand out alot more, curl and coat your lashes.

brown eyeshadow looks great with blue eyes that's what I wear and it makes my blue eyes pop. Also you could buy that almay eye color kit, it comes with the right eyeshadow, and eyeliner for your eyecolor.

I have blue eyes and blonde hair too, and I've found that I can wear almost any color of eyeshadow. What makes my eyes pop the most is the eyeliner. Go to a Laura Mercier counter (Neiman's or Nordstrom's) and ask them to show you their fine line eyeliner that is applied with a brush. It is fantastic and I get so many compliments! It isn't like a pencil - obvious and thick - it's fine and subtle and looks so natural.
