i would say neutrals... like like browns and golds... light purples would look goood too :) if you have paler side of skin then iwould say to go for a very light peachy blush.. just to make eyes pop a little more. since you have burgundy hair tho you could experiment with a dark green liner with purple eyeshadow.. just make sure that it doesnt wash you out.. Practise at home :)

Violet, sand, taupe, or brown eyeshadows.

Violet, or dark grey eyeliner.

Soft black or black mascara.

My opinion , I would try striking colors, not so much light colors such as a light beige, try violets, blues, oh and metallic colors, and such.

Fist of all, if you have dry skin before you put anything on. Apply HEAPS of moisturiser. then just maybe use a powder foundation and a tiny bit of blush. Put on brown eyeline and blend to the outside corners of your eyes. apply mascara after you curl your lashes and your done!
