well i have brown hair (not too dark though) and very blue eyes and a lot of people notice my eyes. but i also think blue eyes stand out with very blond hair.

yes i have that too everyone says it so pretty together! they say my eyes really pop out against the hair and the combination makes me look different and noticeable in a pretty way. ^_^
