I'm in 8th grade!! I would do browns or pinks. They'll make your blue eyes pop!! Eyeliner and mascara. And honestly, putting tons makes you look more ugly than nothing, so put a average to little amount and you'll be so much prettier, maybe not to you, but to others. Trust me. If you have zits or red areas, concealer, and powder foundation.

I would not wear too much at this time. I would just start with a nice lip gloss, and a very light shadow like pink or something like that. The pink will bring out the blue in your eyes more and make the pop. But I wouldn't really over do it too much.
